Mini Sprint Nationals

Don't miss the upcoming 2008 Mini Sprint Nationals, July 31st - August 1st - August 2nd  at I-44 Speedway in Oklahoma City, OK.  I-44 Speedway will feature 7 classes of cars at this year's Nationals.  For a full field of 20 cars per class the A Feature winners will receive: Non-wings $1500, Kid Sprints $500, A Class $2000, Turf Tires $750, Restrictors $1000 and Multis $3000.  A Class and Multi Class will be paid $75 to start the A Main Feature all other classes will be paid $50 to start the A Main Feature.  Complete details of the BIG SHOW along with individual class rules and a registration form are available here online. ****NOTE: There are a few variations to the 2008 Season Official Rules for THIS race only and they are:

  1. In the A Class and Limited Class it is an OPTION to have factory fuel injection on gasoline.

  2. Click here for the Multi rules - Note 636 engines ARE ALLOWED for the 2008 Racing Season and this includes the 2008 Mini Sprint Nationals.  The Multi rules are the same at the Poweri rules. So bring your 636's to Oklahoma City and show us what they can do!

  3. PLEASE NOTE: The Kid Sprints are NOT REQUIRED to run a sealed motor. 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

  • Thursday is practice day - The gates open at 3:00 p.m. and practice starts at 6:30 p.m.

  • Friday is qualifying heats and dashes - The gates open at 3:00 and qualifying heats start at 6:30 p.m.

  • Saturday is the Semis and 50 lap Mains - The gates open at 3:00 p.m. and racing starts at 6:00 p.m.
