WEEKEND SCHEDULE AND NOTES

On Thursday everyone is invited to come and watch and/or participate in practice. TOW VEHICLES ONLY will be allowed into the Pit area this weekend, NO EXCEPTIONS. All others will need to park in the General Admission parking area. You can purchase a pit pass at the General Admission ticket booth all 3 days. On Thursday the General Admission Gate will open at 4:00 p.m. Prices for practice are $20 for pit passes, $8 for adults, and $3 for children (ages 5 through 12). On Thursday the Pit Gate opens at 3:00 p.m. Drivers who have not pre-entered CAN STILL race! You can pay your registration at the Speedway.

On Friday the General Admission Gate will open at 4:00 p.m. You can purchase pit passes for $30. General Admission prices for Adults (including Senior Citizens) are $10, and Children (ages 5 through 12) are $4 at this gate. The Pit Gate will be open at 2:00 for drivers and crews. Remember ONLY TOW VEHICLES are allowed in the Pit area. Both pre-registered drivers and those registering at the Speedway will need to sign in . Hot laps will begin around 6:00 p.m. Then the qualifying heats will start after the driver’s meeting. The computer generated draw will determine how you line up in your 1st heat. You will receive points for how you finish, along with passing points.  Your second heat will be inverted from your first heat - same points and passing points.    The top 12 will set the first 6 rows of the A Main. The remaining fields will be set by points that were accumulated in the qualifying heats.

On Saturday the General Admission Gate will open at 4:00 p.m. Pit passes are again $30, General Admission Adult tickets (including Seniors) are $10, and Children tickets (ages 5 through 12) are  $4. The Pit Gate will open at 3:00 p.m. Drivers can still register to race and will be placed on the back of the lesser Main in his/her class. Hot laps will begin at 5:30 p.m. and racing will start at 6:00 p.m. The Semi Mains will be 20-25 laps (depending on the size of the field). The A Mains will be 40 laps in all classes, EXCEPT Kid Sprints will be 30 laps.

Racing Format

Friday – There will be a computer generated draw– This number will determine how you will line-up in your 1st Heat.  You will obtain finishing points PLUS passing points for this race. Your 2nd Heat will be the inverted version of your 1st Heat and the same point system applies.  The top 12 in points will lock in for each class in the A Main Features. The remaining field of the Mains and then the Semis will be determined by points earned in your qualifying heats. There will be 8 transfers from the B's. If there is a tie in points, it will revert back to the number you drew to break the tie.

Passing Points System

There are 7 points between each finish position with a +5 point bonus for moving forward and
a -1.5 point penalty for moving backwards in the running order. The following table can be
